A first-of-its-kind language-learning app based on the International Phonetic Alphabet.

  • built for HackMIT alongside 3 teammates I met that day
  • achieved functional demo with appealing UI in 24 hours
  • leveraged a bleeding-edge speech-to-IPA machine learning model
  • tech stack includes Ionic React, Python, and Convex

A new machine learning tool for improving Super Smash Bros. Ultimate gameplay.

  • automated web scraping of gameplay videos online
  • used PyTorch to train a custom Deep Convolutional Neural Network to predict which character has the advantage given a frame of gameplay
  • achieved better-than-human accuracy

UMaine Jewish Voice for Peace

  • won two pitch competitions, awarded with angel investment
